General Role: The Assistant Energy Manager is responsible for managing the business pipeline work by the business development team. He/She should plan, manage of all the field audits, and ensure to materialize the committed energy reduction or guaranteed efficiency declared to client.

Job Qualifications:

· Licensed Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or Related courses

· With at least 5 years of experience in utilities such as Chilled water plant/ HVAC, Compressed air system, Hot water system

· Design experience on electro-mechanical systems (MEPF)

· Qualification on energy management or equivalent an advantage

· Knowledge of energy management techniques, tools and software (AutoCAD, Rebit, etc)

· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the work of EM staff to ensure they work productively, meet deadlines and follow company policy.

2. Manage the implementation of field work energy audits and completed the task in efficient and safe manner.

3. Provide energy solutions for green or brownfield field project including retrofit works of facilities mainly on energy reduction with guaranteed performance.

4. Able to identify the wasted energy and opportunity of improvements on the utilities as experts on HVAC, electrical system and automation.

5. Develop cost effective improvements strategy thru proper selection of high efficiency equipment’s and design configuration.

6. The Assistant Energy Manager works effectively with the Project Team for ongoing and new projects to ensure being done according to its technical specifications.

7. Support operation and facilities management team for continuous energy improvements on every sites.

8. Responsible for analyzing audit data results, formulating technical recommendation, establish audit reports and reviewing for its accuracy.

9. Able to work under pressure and effectively manage the target deliverables.

10. Carryout other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
