Pipeline Gurus, a leading Sales-as-a-Service provider for the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking a dynamic and accomplished VP of Sales to help drive our global growth. As our VP of Sales, you'll lead and inspire our team of top-tier sales professionals from leading tech companies to develop and execute sales strategies that resonate with our clients' vision. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Build, lead and inspire a high-performing global sales team to achieve quotas and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop a culture of coaching, training and accountability to ensure sales team success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations and Customer Success, to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
  • Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Build relationships with key clients and prospects to drive revenue and expand our client base.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles in the information technology and services industry.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams, exceeding revenue targets and driving exponential growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales cycle, sales methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with sales tools and technologies such as CRM, sales enablement, and analytics software.
