CALL CENTER AGENT
(30 Positions-D/N shift) (Female Preferred)
SALARY PACKAGE: 45K TO 65K (WILL BE DECIDED AFTER INTERVIEW)

REPORTS TO: SENIOR CALL CENTER AGENT
SUMMARY:
The Associate Call Center Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to inbound and outbound callers. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support for a variety of products and services. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a call center environment and be proficient in using CRM and other customer support software.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer inbound and outbound calls from customers
Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support
Use CRM and other customer support software to manage customer accounts and track interactions
Work with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met
Complete administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and entering data
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-5 years of experience in a call center environment
Proficient in using CRM and other customer support software
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience with business licensing procedures
Experience with name approval processes
Experience with visa renewal procedures
Experience with address change procedures
Experience with employment visa addition or removal procedures
Experience with quota change procedures

Experience with bank account change procedures
Experience with penalties and sponsorship procedures

Salary: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
